Chris initially trained as a solicitor in Queensland and was involved in several roles before joining the RAAF. He completed a Master of Business Administration at Monash University and became involved in the implementation of quality management principles in the RAAF. In this role he designed, developed and delivered a wide range of learning and development programs aimed at improving business processes and systems.
Chris left the RAAF in 1990 and has specialised in the design, development, delivery and outcome measurement of programs focusing on leadership and organisational processes all over the world.
Chris worked 12 years for DP World as the Director of Management Development. While this role included leadership development, it had a broader remit, including elements of system and process [value chain] improvement aimed at delivering a superior customer service.
